Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Polaris”) provides the following information regarding the impact on hotels operated by Polaris Group, due to heavy rains caused by the approaching Typhoon No. 3 in the Republic of the Philippines:

Among the 14 hotels operated by Polaris Group in the Philippines, “Red Planet Manila Binondo” experienced flooding of its electrical facilities, and “Red Planet Manila Bay” and “Red Planet Manila Aseana City” experienced flooding of their basements due to the heavy rains. However, no major damage to the buildings or injuries to guests or hotel employees have been reported.
If any damage that may affect the operation of Polaris Group’s overseas hotel business is identified, the Company will report it hereafter.
