Notice Regarding Japan Earthquake in Hyuganada Sea in Kyushu

Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Polaris”) informs the facts known at this stage regarding the impact of the magnitude 7.1 earthquake that struck near Hyuganada Sea, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kyushu region in Japan on August 8, 2024 on the hotels operated by Polaris group as follows.

Polaris group operates “KOKO HOTEL Kagoshima Tenmonkan,” “KOKO HOTEL Premier Kumamoto,” “KOKO HOTEL Fukuoka Tenjin,” and “Best Western PLUS Fukuoka Tenjin-minami” in Kyushu region near the epicenter of the earthquake, but no major damage to the buildings or injury to guests or hotel employees has been reported. If any damage that may affect the operation of Polaris group’s hotel business becomes known, the Company will report it hereafter.
