Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Polaris”) informs the facts known at this stage regarding the impact of the magnitude 7 earthquake that struck near Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa Prefecture in Japan on January 1, 2024 on the hotels operated by Polaris group as follows.

Polaris group operates “KOKO HOTEL Premier Kanazawa Korinbo” in Ishikawa Prefecture near the epicenter of the earthquake, but no major damage to the buildings or injury to guests or hotel employees has been reported. If any damage that may affect the operation of Polaris group’s hotel business becomes known, the Company will report it hereafter.
